The room is incredibly comfortable and warm. An electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating are available. The staff are really friendly and helpful, no complaints whatsoever. Thanks very much, I would have extended the stay, truly enjoyed this place👍😃

we had a fantastic stay at Grad Studios. the shared kitchen was spacious and clean, perfect for cooking and relaxing. the bedroom was cozy with a convenient desk for work. the location is superb, with easy tram access to the city center.
Everything exceeded my hopes 🌟.
